Automatic shipping notification functionality is only possible while the customer shipping notification setting on the AIT Custom Parameters form is enabled.The Customer Document Profile form is used to specify destinations for various tasks and reports generated by CloudSuite™ Industrial. A unique profile must be created for each customer ship-to address that a particular carrier account applies to.

The email will also include a PDF attachment of the SureShip™-generated report specified in the relevant customer document profile.
Notification emails are generated upon successful shipment finalization. Allow up to 10 minutes for the message to reach its recipient(s).
Yes – notification emails can be generated for any shipment, regardless of carrier.
If a profile has not been setup for a customer ship-to address, or the profile is not currently active, the customer will not receive an automatic email notification about their shipment. Instead, the ship notification email will be sent to the default recipient defined in AIT Custom Parameters.
