The following data is set up by AIT Business Services as part of installation of the SureShip™ Module. These forms can impact your shipping process flows, and should only be updated by or with the assistance of an AIT Business Services technical resource.
AIT Custom Parameters contains various configurations that are used to customized SureShip™ behaviors at a high level and set static data on specific shipping documents This form may contain parameters for other AIT-developed forms, fields, or processes.

SureShip Carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Config forms are used to set up shipper's account credentials with API-enabled carriers, which can then be linked to specific site configurations.

SureShip Carrier Service Types is used to define which API-enabled shipping service types your company has access to, which can then be linked to specific ship via mappings.

SureShip Freight Classes is used to define which NMFC freight classes your company has access to.

SureShip CSI Site Config is used to define sets (unique combinations) of carrier configurations, which can then be linked to specific kiosks (work stations).

SureShip Printer Config is used to define the UNC path of the shipping label printer(s) that will be used with SureShip™, which can then be linked to specific kiosks (work stations).

SureShip Kiosk Config is used to define: a) which carrier accounts, printer(s), scale, and non-API shipping labels a kiosk has access to, and b) which users can access those kiosks.

Countries and ISO Countries are standard CloudSuite™ Industrial forms. Records must exist for each country that your company will ship to or from.
Warehouses is a standard CloudSuite™ Industrial form. All shipping sites must be set up with an address, city, state, ZIP code, and country, phone number, and federal tax ID number under the EU VAT tab (if shipping internationally).
Customers is a standard CloudSuite™ Industrial form. All customers must be set up with an address, city, state, ZIP code, and country, and phone number.
Locations is a standard CloudSuite™ Industrial form that is slightly modified by SureShip™. Interim staging locations must be set up for packing and shipping and flagged accordingly.

Inventory Parameters is a standard CloudSuite™ Industrial form that is slightly modified by SureShip™. This form is used to define interim staging locations, the default shipping weight unit of measure, and whether on hand quantities may be drive negative due to SureShip™ activities.

Ship Via Codes is a standard CloudSuite™ Industrial form. Records must exist for each shipping service type that your company uses, including for non-API carriers.
SureShip Ship Via Mapping is used to: a) link carrier-standard service types (SureShip Carrier Service Types) to internal ship vias (Ship Via Codes), and b) define default shipping options for ship vias.

SureShip Freight Rules is used to define the rules that your company uses to charge customers for transportation. This set up is required only if your company's carrier account initially pays for transportation, then a shipping charge is collected from the customer later.
Items is a standard CloudSuite™ Industrial form that is slightly modified by SureShip™. All items that can be shipped internationally must be set up with relevant trade compliance codes, including a USMCA origin criterion on the SureShip tab. This form is also used to flag self-contained items.
