This article describes the form used to set up carrier configurations for FedEx® and FedEx Freight®, which can then be linked to site configurations.
Please contact your AIT Business Services account representative for initial setup of these accounts.
SureShip FedEx Config
The SureShip FedEx Config form is used to setup shipper information for FedEx® and FedEx Freight®. Each account receives a unique system-assigned Config ID number, though an optional Description may be set for easy identification.
To add a new carrier configuration (account):
- Click Create a new object in the current collection.
- Enter the appropriate account details in the General, Shipping Address, and Billing Address tabs. The Label Directory field specifies the output path for shipping label files generated from this account. The Label Stock field specifies the shipping label type to be used for this account
To prevent shipping errors, the Billing Address set up for the carrier configuration must match the address on the account.



- Click Save.
