Entering PRODUCTION Fedex Access Keys in CSI         __________    

For your Fedex PRODUCTION credentials:

Add a new record by pressing 

Description = It’s your choice to name this - example: ‘Your Company Name’ Production 

Username: = Authentication Key from Fedex website after access key generation

Password: = Production Password from Fedex Email received after access key             generation

Account #: = Your Actual Account Number

Meter #: = Production Meter Number from Fedex Email recevied after access key generation

Webservices URL: = https://ws.fedex.com:443/web-services

Label Directory = Your choice as stated in the test instructions

Freight Account: = if you have a freight account number that is separate from your main account, enter it here.

The program may return to the first record which is AIT Test.  Please make sure you are on ‘Your Company’ Production before continuing.

When all Production carrier credentials are set up, proceed to the following steps.

Open Form - SureShip CSI Site Config

You will set up a new record – ‘Your Company’ Production (or whatever your name choice was in the beginning).  This is where you will set up any carrier accounts that will be included in these bundles.

Carrier Config Id – grab this information from SureShip Fedex Config under Production credentials.

Next Step

Fedex Certification – you will receive an email from Patti Cook detailing the next steps. It will include a cover letter with certain information filled out and you will fill out the remaining items.  You will take that letter with scans of various Fedex labels (domestic label, international label, multiple pack label (2 box shipment) and Collect on Delivery label) and send that to the email address stated in Patti’s email and on the cover letter. Fedex will respond if accepted or not, with a reason.
