System and Hardware Requirements

ERP Software Requirements

SureShip™ Enterprise is currently compatible with the following ERP applications:

  • SyteLine® 8.02
  • SyteLine® 8.03.11
  • SyteLine® 8.03.20
  • SyteLine® 9.00.30
  • SyteLine® 9.01
  • SyteLine® 10 On Premise

SureShip™ QuickShip for Cloud is currently compatible with the following ERP applications:

  • SyteLine® 10 Multi-Tenant SaaS

Computer Requirements

SureShip™ has no server or work station hardware requirements beyond what is necessary to run your SyteLine® ERP application.

Label Printer Requirements

SureShip™ can be connected to any ZPL printer that is supported by FedEx Ship Manager® (for FedEx® shipments) or UPS WorldShip® (for UPS® shipments).

Picking and Shipping Document Printer Requirements

SureShip™ leverages existing SyteLine®'s native Report Options/Output to generate and print picking and shipping documentation.

Scale Requirements

SureShip™ can be connected to most USB and COM (Serial) port scales.

Custom (Non-API) Shipping Label Requirements

Besides generating carrier-specific shipping labels, the SureShip™ module can interface with BarTender® Software to design and print other custom-designed (non-API) shipping label templates. This feature is available to customers running the Automation Edition for BarTender® Software Version 10 and above.

License Requirements

Access to SureShip™ is granted by a base software license, with access to individual forms controlled through standard user permission settings. Besides the base license, individual kiosk licenses are required for each kiosk (work station) that requires direct access to print shipping labels or retrieve scale data.
