Tracking shipments processed with API-enabled carriers

Introduction

Besides new SureShip™ forms, the module includes new tabs on the Customer OrdersTransfer Orders, and Service Orders forms for entering and reviewing order shipping data. The SureShip Tracking tab is used to view carrier status updates for SureShip™-generated tracking numbers.

This article describes how to track the package delivery status of a tracking number on an order.

Tracking package delivery status on an order

  1. On the Customer OrdersTransfer Orders, or Service Orders screen, navigate to the SureShip Tracking tab of the appropriate order number. All relevant SureShip™-generated tracking numbers will be displayed in the table below, along with the corresponding BOL number.


  1. Select a tracking number from the table and click Track. Delivery details will be displayed to the right.
